These Terms govern your use of getmyportfolio.com and any purchases you make through it. By using the Site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
Account Registration
To purchase templates, you need to create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Purchases & Payments
- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable fees unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely through Polar. We do not store your payment card details.
- Each purchase is a one-time payment that grants you a perpetual license to the purchased template (see our License page).
- After payment, you can download your template immediately and re-download it anytime from your Account page.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a template has been downloaded.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using a purchased template, contact us at avinashbuilds@gmail.com and we will work to resolve the issue.
If you made a duplicate purchase or were charged in error, we will review and issue a refund where appropriate.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- ✕Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any template (see License)
- ✕Use the Site to transmit harmful, abusive, or unlawful content
- ✕Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or other users' accounts
- ✕Reverse-engineer or interfere with the Site's infrastructure
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including the website design, branding, text, and template previews — is owned by GetMyPortfolio and protected by copyright. Purchased templates are licensed to you under the terms described on our License page.
Availability & Changes
We strive to keep the Site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, update, or discontinue templates or features at any time. Purchased templates remain yours regardless of future changes to the Site.
Limitation of Liability
GetMyPortfolio provides templates "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any purchased template.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant purchase.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not affect your right to use templates you have already purchased and downloaded.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
